IT Support Analyst

NRMA Parks and Resorts is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Roads and Motoring Association (NRMA) - keeping people moving for 100 years. Our expanding portfolio of owned and managed holiday parks currently features 48 holiday parks and resorts in iconic tourism locations around Australia.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the ICT Manager, you will deliver IT support services to the business, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders are able to use, consume and leverage all business systems and data effectively. Additionally, you will provide support in the management and implementation of systems including network infrastructure, Microsoft 365, phone systems and more.

**Core responsibilities include**:

- Take ownership of service desk and support incidents, managing a systematic end to end process
- Maintenance & support of Microsoft 365 environment
- Troubleshoot issues & maintain system infrastructure and devices
- Develop documentation to support infrastructure & services (process & procedural)
- Assist the team with other duties/projects as required with appropriate supervision and direction

**How Do You Measure Up?**

This role is suited to a 'mid-career' IT professional.
- You will have around 4 years' experience in an IT environment, to include working within an IT Service Desk environment and supporting remote users.
- You will have proven, strong, Office 365 experience, Azure AD/AD, SharePoint and experience with VoIP systems (3CX) desirable.
- You will have a home set up, suited to working from home when required.

You will demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and the passion to work as part of an IT support team, who are hands on, confident and have a passion for delivering outstanding service and support. The ability to prioritise is key It is desirable that you are familiar with the following:

- Familiar with ITIL - Incident & Change management
- N-Central device management
- SCCM & Intune
- Newbook or other Property Management System
- CCTV
- Supporting wireless networks
