**Your new company**
Your New Company is an Industry Leader in some of the most complex systems in Defence. They also are responsible for the refit, repair and maintenance of several fleets in the Royal Australian Navy in both the underwater and above water domains. With a large impact in the industry, this is a fantastic role to add to your portfolio and be a part of a team who value their staff whilst simultaneously gaining knowledge and experience from a Powerhouse Prime. This is a 12 month assignment with the exciting potential to go perm should you be successful in your placement.

**Your new role**
As the new Planning Officer for the Project Control Business line, you will provide In-Service Support for the tasked Above Water fleet. This role is for a highly organised and efficient employee who thrives on routine and systems. You will be tasked with the creation and management of Maintenance tasks for both emergent and additional corrective work on vessels a part of this above water fleet. This includes routine, emergent and corrective maintenance tasks. You’ll work alongside the customer and use your interpersonal and commercial skills to effectively liaise and organise tasks so that they are delivered in line with required deadlines.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Applicants must be a Australian Citizen to be eligible for required Security Clearances
- Proficient experience in Primavera or MS Projects
- Marine Technical background highly desirable
- Ability to read technical drawings and parts lists
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management
- Understanding of Scheduling Principles
- Experience with AMPS highly desirable
