**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We have a number of casual opportunities available in our vibrant Community Services department for motivated and engaged individuals with current industry knowledge, qualifications and experience in Mental Health and/or Counselling. You will join a large team delivering various online courses throughout the day and evening. Flexibility is key in this role, with the ability to work from home and a wide selection of teaching options.

**ABOUT YOU**
You hold relevant qualifications in Mental Health and/or Counselling and adult education (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or above). You possess current sector knowledge and extensive experience in Mental Health and/or Counselling and are committed to maintaining industry currency. You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships with and providing exceptional customer service to diverse individuals in a virtual environment. You pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills and your ability to facilitate adult learning. You are motivated and engaged to assist and support others to achieve their highest potential.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following essential requirements:

- Vocational qualifications in Mental Health and/or Counselling (Diploma level or above)
- Minimum three years post-qualification experience in the Mental Health and/or Counselling industry, gained no longer than five years ago
- Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent and a commitment to maintaining competency
- Effective and flexible communication skills to liaise within a range of environments
- Commitment to maintaining and developing technical currency + VET knowledge and skills
- Commitment and ability to facilitate learning in a virtual adult environment
- Commitment to quality customer service + ability to contribute to a team environment
