**About the Company**:
Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

**The Role**:
We require a Support Worker to partner with a 62yo Participant based in Tugun, QLD.

Our participant sustained a traumatic brain injury.

This role is commencing from immediately and is casual on-going. The participant requires support Monday to Sunday in the morning (8am to 11am) and evening (5pm to 6:30pm).

Hours will be increasing in the next couple of weeks.

**Pay Rates**:

- Day shift $45.00 per hour
- Saturday shift $63.00 per hour
- Sunday shift $81.00 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prompt/supervise morning and evening medication.
- Assistance with grocery shopping.
- Assistance with meal preparation.
- Attend rehabilitation appointments for informational support.
- Wellbeing check.
- Community mobility and recreation support
- Cleaning assistance in bedroom and shared areas (if required).

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Australian Driver Licence
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Blue Card
- Current Yellow Card
- Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
- Immunisation History Statement (evidence of covid vaccinations)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Infection Control Training - Covid19
- Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
