**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our Customer Care team manage Growthbuilt’s projects post-construction through our guarantee period, and ensure we uphold our construction reputation post handover.

As our Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the resolution of defects in construction projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting inspections, developing remediation plans, and ensuring timely completion of all defect remediation activities.

Here’s what your day to day might look like:

- Conducting regular inspections of project sites to identify defects
- Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to develop remediation plans
- Managing defect remediation timelines and ensuring timely completion of all work
- Tracking and recording all defects and remediation efforts
- Collaborating with clients to ensure satisfaction with the remediation process
- Providing regular updates on the status of remediation efforts to all stakeholders
- Maintaining and updating all registers
- Issuing notices in regards to defects and contacting trades
- Assisting foreman with their fortnightly programs in regards to ensuring trades are readily available

**ABOUT YOU**

We are flexible about the background you come from, but here is an idea of what you're likely to need:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to make decisions without all the information
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving skills
- Experience with construction software and platforms are a plus but the team is happy to assist you learning these tools
