**About the role**
As the Procurement Coordinator - Contract Administrator, you are integral to the success of V/Line's Corporate Services Group.
You will coordinate procurement contracts and conduct due diligence assessments, ensuring compliance to all relevant procurement policies and procedures.
Additionally, you will provide proactive support and input for identified improvement initiatives, driving continuous enhancement within the team.
Key accountabilities include:
- ** Data Analysis & Review**:Ensure the integrity and completeness of contract data by analysing and reviewing its contents before publication.
- ** Authorisation Compliance**:Support and ensure all authorizations are completed and recorded in line with V/Line policies and procedures.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:Identify, propose, implement, and follow up on action plans to enhance contract data management processes, addressing audit findings.
- ** Process Validation**:Ensure procedures for contract data management are valid and accurate, proposing updates and communicating changes for clarity.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**:Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to effectively manage contract data administration processes.
- ** Process SME**:Act as the go-to expert for Oracle JD Edwards/Zycus contract administration processes, coaching end users and reviewing/updating work instructions to ensure a thorough understanding of procurement processes.
**About you**
You are a detail-oriented and methodical individual with a keen eye for accuracy. You bring demonstrated experience in procurement within a government setting or a large, complex organisation.
- Previous experience in vendor administration or contract administration.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various functions, suppliers, and individuals to achieve common goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Experience with eProcurement tools (such as Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, Zycus) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated alignment to V/Line's values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights.

Remuneration for this position will be in line with the V/Line Rail Operations and Administrative Employees Agreement 2023 and commence at $90,437 (Clerk C2) plus superannuation
