**Casual Production Packing Assistant**

Operating in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, we are a growing pharmaceutical contract manufacturing organization with the latest technology and equipment to ensure the manufacture of high-quality pharmaceutical products. The manufacturing facility is Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and
Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) approved to provide an integrated service supporting client projects from formulation development to packaging and release of the finished products.

We are looking to hire casual employees for our fast-paced Pharmaceutical Production Packing line. Afternoon Shift available Monday - Friday’s, between 12pm - 8pm, and occasional Saturday’s (Times to be advised). Immediate start and applicants available for multiple shifts per week are preferred. Onsite parking is provided.

Penalty rates for weekends and shift loading applies

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Operating equipment as needed

- Weighing Products
- Packing
- Labelling
- Capping bottles
- Quality checks
- Replenishing materials to avoid stoppages
- Identifying issues and vocalising to team leaders
- Flat pack carton assembly
- General clean-up of facility
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Follow instructions from team leaders

**Employment Requirements**:

- Undergo Pre-employment medical check organised and paid for by the company (Includes urine sample drug analysis)
- Provide a National Police Check
- Ability to work in environments with variable temperatures and humidity
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks e.g., stand, walk, bend, reach, push and pull
- Ability to wear PPE; GMP outer garments or Laboratory coat, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, hair/beard net.
- Must not have severe allergies to plant materials
- Be able to lift up to 20kg in packaging materials

Pay: $33.71 per hour
