- Most podcast studios will give you a space, record an episode, give some notes (if you're lucky) and edit it into something you can share in the audio and social media world. _**WE DON'T DO THAT.**_
- We start every single podcast with the intention to build a brand and a community, something that people can't wait to listen to every single week. _
- And our job is to get those episodes into the ears of those that need to hear it most. _

- We're searching for someone who LOVES creating video content. You understand how to STOP THE SCROLL, research trends and are excited to build out growth strategies that will help our clients reach more people than ever before.

Most work is able to be completed remotely with the occasional co-working day or client meeting in Brisbane required
- You love podcasts and want to build something that has an IMPACT
- Creating 'viral' videos is something that excites you
- You have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and love creating
- You are proactive, take initiative and passionate about the success of our clients
- You believe in 'going hard' or 'going back to the studio'
- There's nothing that annoys you more than watching a video that just DOESN'T quite hit the mark and has a HUGE MISSED opportunity
- You have experience with growth across multiple platforms (Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram)
- You always want to continue learning and upskilling to bring the best of the best.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Building channel strategies for our clients incorporating their podcasts and ensuring this aligns with overall brand and content strategy
- End to end management of selected channels and strategic recommendations for client owned channel
- Creating edits for Tiktok and reels using podcast footage
- Providing feedback and guidance for clients on videography setup and additional trends to incorporate
- Identifying ways to constantly innovate and ensure these videos and audiograms stand out across each platform.
- We would LOVE this person to have experience and also assist with Long form editing for Youtube including Thumbnail creation_
- Note - there is potential for you to take on additional responsibilities as a podcast producer and/or audio engineering

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
