As an educator in our center, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our wonderful team, comprised of dedicated professionals who share a common goal of making a positive impact on the lives of children. Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging and inclusive learning experiences for children, incorporating play-based and child-centered approaches.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting open communication and a sense of belonging.
- Implement and assess developmentally appropriate programs, based on the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Observe and document children's progress and development, providing insightful feedback and support to families.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the center's continuous improvement and quality assurance processes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma In Early Education & Care
- Bachelor Of Education (Birth To 5 Years) qualification in Early Childhood or equivalent.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
