As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

(Nursery 0–2, Toddler 2–3, Pre-Kindy 3–4, and Kindergarten 4–School), we cater for up to 75 children each day — supporting them from their first steps right through to their first day of school.

As our
Educational Leader
, you'll be the driving force behind our high-quality curriculum, inspiring and guiding our passionate team to deliver exceptional learning outcomes for every child. You will:

• Work in a full-time, 12 month Fixed-Term position. Centre's operating hours are 6:30 – 6:30pm, Monday – Friday.
• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of our educational programs in line with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
• Mentor and empower educators, fostering professional growth and reflective practice.
• Work collaboratively with families, children, and the community to create meaningful and engaging learning experiences.
• Use our unique location and community connections to create learning opportunities that go beyond the classroom.

You'll Need

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current SA Working with Children Check
