After The Bell Aus is seeking an energetic, dedicated, and passionate educator who enjoys working with children, either with experience or new to the role at our **Kew Specialist Outside School Hours Care Program.**

**Second In Charge Position-**
- Casual - Second In Charge position (up to 15 hours per week)
- Attractive Pro-rata Salary $40K+ dependent on industry experience and qualification.
- Paid Travel per shift (outside Company's radius zone)
- Paid Training
- Staff Child Care Discount (up to 30%)
- Secure position

**Co-ordinator role-**
- Ability to provide an environment that is engaging, secure, hygienic, and safe for children aged with low additional needs.
- An understanding of providing a program that is inclusive to all diverse needs of children.
- Ablity to understand and follow Child Care Government requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with families, school staff, and colleagues to build strong relationships across the school community.
- Create a welcoming environment and a positive team workplace.

**Essential Criteria-**
- Education Care Support, Diploma in Children Services or Sport Recreational or Allied health or Outside School Hours Care or equivalent or currently studying in an approved course**.**:

- First Aid Training Level HLTA0012 or willing to obtain prior to commencement
- Protection Training or willing to obtain prior to commencement
- A current Working With Children Check (E status).

**Desirable Criteria-**
- Previous experience working with additional needs children.
