**The Opportunity**:
As the Risk & Resilience SME, working a in 12 month max term contract role, you’ll be part of our Risk, Resilience and Regulatory (R3) Program, helping to keep Australia’s payments systems running smoothly and securely.

You’ll work closely with a committed team to shape and roll out important risk and compliance strategies, frameworks, and processes across different areas of risk.

The role plays a critical part in enhancing trust in AP+ and supporting its ambition to lead secure, inclusive, and innovative payments experiences for all in Australia.

**The core responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Drive resilience uplift initiatives across AP+. This will include working with business owners to uplift opportunities and plan remediation activities.
- Be hands-on in leading the remediation of key resilience uplift across AP+. This will include documenting controls and implementing identified improvements.
- Drive the development and enhancement of risk policy, processes and procedures.
- Perform risk and control assessments across various business lines, products and suppliers.
- Work with stakeholders across the organisation to drive risk uplift.
- Support Program Stream Leads to monitor progress and identify risks and issues relating to delivery.
- Provide project management support to internal working groups and governance committees.

**The capabilities we’re seeking are**:

- Robust experience in resilience management, business continuity, or risk management within a Payments, Fintech or Financial Services organisation.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing resilience strategies, business continuity plans, and incident response protocols.
- Strong knowledge of best practice resilience processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders.
- Strong organisation skills and proven ability to prioritise and manage deliverables.
