**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**ABOUT YOU**
This is a flexible role that requires occasionally being available at ad hoc times to support international studios. This role is suited to someone with recruitment experience who possesses the following competencies:

- Oversea and manage global recruitment;
- Establish, optimise, and implement key recruitment processes across recruitment and onboarding;
- Conduct reference checks and make offers; and
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
