We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on, solution focused Executive Assistant to support Directors and their wider team in Macquarie Capital.

In this role, you will be providing support such as, but not limited to:

- Extensive diary management for the Directors and team - including arranging meetings and conference calls with internal/external parties and responding to invitations
- Compilation of meeting packs and presentations for stakeholders
- Processing of purchase orders, invoices, expense claims and reconciliations for payment, adhering to our expense policies and procedures
- Booking and scheduling travel, including coordination of approvals and preparation of itineraries
- Managing and/or recording training hours for the business

Your can-do attitude, communication, planning and organisation skills ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements is what enables you to effectively manage and deliver results for a wide and diverse group of stakeholders.

You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar assistant role supporting a team, preferably within Financial Services.
