The opportunity
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product advice.
- Securing sales through outbound calls, quote follow-ups, and converting leads into orders.
- Preparing accurate quotes and ensuring customers have the necessary information.
- Assisting Sales Representatives with quotes, tenders, and project opportunities.
- Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating stock orders, and ensuring timely order processing.
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales data in the CRM.
