The party's well and truly back at Heartbreaker and we are looking for a Venue Manager who loves high energy, dynamic and late-night venues. We're looking for a dedicated individual prepared to work hard and happily into the early hours, leading the charge into our 7th year.

About Heartbreaker:
Heartbreaker opened its doors to the public in August 2015 and hasn’t looked back. Heartbreaker is a classic good-time bar, with a pool table, retro jukebox, serving great drinks until the early hours. It's designed with a love for people and music in mind. Heartbreaker's diverse community is devoted to the music (100 rock albums from 1968 to 1980) eight rotating taps that champion Australian and American iconic and craft beers, and the back bar which supports a smoking selection of tequila, mezcal and whiskey. Add perfect single-serve classic cocktails and Heartbreaker brings a wonderful and crazy mix of people together.

THe kitchen crew slings Connie’s Pizzas until the early hours for those in need of a satisfying slice and with a DJ on weekends, Heartbreaker is devoted to every inch of the late night experience.
- 2+ years’ as a Venue Manager, experienced in a busy bar or restaurant
- Natural ability to make all people feel welcome, and right at home
- A lively interest and appreciation for spirits and craft beers
- Experience both behind the bar and on the floor
- Experience in venue reporting on a daily and monthly basis
- An understanding of menu costing, stock control and labour management
- Ability to generate revenue-building ideas and work with the Marketing team to drive business
- A leader, able to educate, nurture, manage and drive a team.
