Our corporate Legal & Compliance team is seeking a driven and talented Paralegal to join our high-performing group. You'll support our team in advising JLL on all legal and compliance matters across Australia and New Zealand.

**An overview of the role**:
Assist in advising on, drafting, and negotiating contracts
Manage corporate housekeeping tasks (e.g., drafting resolutions, minutes, tracking licences)
Draft correspondence and liaise with industry regulators on licensing and compliance matters
Support dispute handling and litigation management
Conduct research and prepare findings on general commercial law, focusing on real estate industry issues
Participate in global legal & compliance projects
Update reporting databases, templates and training materials
Drive practice excellence initiatives through process improvements and technology adaptation
Legal research skills
Demonstrated understanding of contracts
Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
Confidence in decision making
Ability to operate with mínimal instructions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A flexible, friendly and approachable manner
Ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Enjoys being challenged, has a ‘can do’ attitude and is prepared to go above and beyond
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
