**About you**:

- Early in your career (e.g. recent uni grad &/or a few years experience)
- High Agency Person (love to get sh*t done)
- Extremely organised - with good attention to detail
- Passionate about your career & hungry to get into tech/modern work
- Bonus: Have led projects &/or done Exec Admin like work
- Bonus: You’ve got medium-advanced skills in tools like Notion / CRMs / No-Code apps (like Airtable)

**The role**:
You will be responsible for three areas:
**1. Exec Admin (EA) for the Founder & CEO**
- Engage with customers & contacts (inc. exec level) to confirm & prep for meetings
- Support ad hoc personal generic tasks for the CEO

**2. Owning Micro Projects**
- Example 1: Based on internal meetings & content - summarise our new product opty in a few slides for the Board
- Example 2: Tweak our CRM to Billing System connection - to align to our new sales reporting needs

**3. Run key admin for the People & Culture function**
- Co-Host our Company All-Hands staff meetings
- Organise our company off-site (e.g. in Bali)
- Oversee our Performance Review process, ensuring everyone is clear and it’s documented (eg. their career progression opportunities.)
