Overview:

- The Principal Workforce, Workforce Strategy will work with Local Health Networks, the Department for Health and Wellbeing, aged care assessment staff, their representatives and other key stakeholders to lead and manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive workforce strategy to deliver a new statewide aged care assessment service based in the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN).
- The Principal Workforce, Workforce Strategy will design, lead and manage the consultation and engagement strategy and processes and provide ongoing leadership, support and advice to our workforce and their representatives as part of any future change process.
