Purpose of Role:
Weir Minerals is seeking a visionary and technically astute Head of Screening Technology to lead the strategic and technical direction of our Vibrating Screen and Feeder product line. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Division Technology team, driving innovation, product excellence, and customer value across global markets.

- Lead Innovation: Own the product definition and, as being the design authority, drive the development of cutting-edge screening technologies
- Deliver Results: Oversee product roadmaps, customer projects, and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate Globally: Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and product management teams.
- Drive Excellence: Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all engineering and project activities.
- Inspire Teams: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and technologists, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in minerals processing, comminution, or vibrating screen technology
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, project management, and technical problem-solving
- Familiarity with SHE standards, FMEA, DFMA, and engineering best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software; experience with NPI, APQP, and product lifecycle processes
