Standalone HR/Recruitment professional required for successful heavy industrial business based SOR.
Our client is seeking a HR/recruitment professional who will support their plans for future growth and continue to develop their existing workforce through proactive training, effective recruitment and the implementation of contemporary HR practices.

Reporting into the General Manager you will be responsible for three sites and act as a trusted advisor to the management team whilst providing operational human resources and recruitment support.

Predominant tasks will surround the search and selection of top talent across both blue and white collar vacancies, managing visas, recruitment compliance and onboarding. You will manage both their apprenticeship and traineeship program and coordinate their longer term term engagement and retention. Coaching and development of line management across all employee relations issues, performance review and team management. You will be responsible for managing and communicating roster changes, award changes and other policies and procedures that will positively impact the business.

It is essential that you have worked within a blue and white collar workforce, and can demonstrate your ability to interpret industrial tools whilst providing commercial and financial impacts of change.

You must be passionate about recruitment and onboarding the best possible talent available, and manage processes to remain compliant at all times.

This opportunity will be office based and would suit an individual living South of the River or content to travel 30 minutes South of Perth CBD.
