KCPSYCH is an established practice based in Brisbane with a varied team including Psychologists, Mental Health Social Workers and Occupational Therapists providing clinical assessment and evidence-based therapies for adults, adolescents, and children.

**About the Role**

The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator is a newly created role designed to centralise the responsibility for KCPSYCH's marketing activities.

In partnership with management, the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy across social media, content production and direct marketing.

The role will be mostly working from home with requirement to visit the clinic on occasion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and publish content across different channels using Meta Business Suite
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries promptly
- Track and analyse KPI's such as reach, engagement, brand awareness, sentiment and total follower growth
- Managing and optimising digital marketing channels
- Crafting engaging website content, including homepage layouts and banners
- Developing and implementing a social media strategy in line with business goals
- Regularly reporting on content and channel effectiveness, seeking ways to optimise our strategies
- Monitor advertising budgets and tracking campaign performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute ideas and initiatives for marketing strategies
- Regularly updating and refining website content to ensure accuracy and relevance as well as working with our external web developer to implement Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve visibility and reach

**About You**
- Ideally have an interest and understanding in psychology/mental health from a marketing perspective
- A degree (or working towards one) in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred but not essential
- 3+ years’ experience as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver’s license
- Strong marketing and copywriting skills, plus a deep understanding of digital media channels, including Google and social media platforms.
- The ability to create, track, measure, and report on digital marketing campaigns.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc)
- Basic video editing and content creation abilities
- Track record of effectively running and maintaining social media accounts including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.38 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
