An MRPV role that is critical in supporting the development, delivery and ongoing maintenance of cost controls, systems and processes.

Working at Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) means being part of something big.

We oversee more than 35 projects as a cornerstone of Victoria's Big Build, including some of the State's most important roads.

And with this growing portfolio of projects, it is vitally important that we strategically drive the development of our cost control functions/processes. Our Cost Controller function plays a key role in helping us achieve this.

**Join us in building better connections for Victoria by**:

- Providing support to the Senior Cost Controller in the development, delivery and ongoing maintenance of cost controls, systems and processes
- Developing innovative indicators to assess program and project performance, and produce regular reporting to management and stakeholders
- Undertaking regular review and analysis of program performance including trend analysis in relation to cost and provide sound advice on corrective actions
- Providing input into development of innovative cost control initiatives that improve cost control systems and processes

We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller with high level analytical and conceptual skills and a demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify anomalies and implement appropriate solutions. You will have practical experience in computerised cost control systems and your well-developed ability to influence the actions of project team members, and drive required outcomes, will ensure your success in this role.

You will need to draw on your demonstrated experience in maintaining **program and** **project** **cost controls**, systems, and processes. This opportunity will see you providing advice with the support of your leader to key stakeholders on project management cost control activities so a level of comfort in that role is important.

This is a 3-year fixed term position based at our Dandenong hub office in the Southeast. Some travel to the Melbourne CBD head office will also be required.
