Our client is looking for a travel agent to join the team and assist in planning, booking, and organizing travel for different types of clients. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, communication skills, and great organization skills.

**Tasks**:

- Assisting clients in determining the best destination to suit their hobbies and interests;
- Making and confirming travel and accommodation reservations;
- Notifying clients of travel dates, baggage limits, medical and visa requirements, and forms that are required;
- Maintaining financial documents such as invoices and receipts;
- Providing all clients with the best customer service;
- Using computer systems to plan and book travel itinerary;
- Providing information on local and interstate tours and places of interest.

Requirements and Experience:

- Ability to multitask;
- Attention to detail;
- Communication skills;
- Computer skills or willingness to learn;
- AQF Certificate II or III (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) or at least one year of relevant experience may substitute for the qualifications;
- At least 2 years’ experience with a travel agency;

**Salary**: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wetherill Park, NSW 2176: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
