William Adams Cat are currently seeking a **Service Coordinator** to work in our Service Department Specialisation and Component Rebuild centre at our Clayton branch.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Working directly with the Service Supervisor you will manage the daily work order activities for our customers from commencement to completion. You will play an integral role in ensuring that our loyal customers machines are returned within the agreed time-frame.

**A typical day will include**:

- Booking and scheduling work in progress to meet company benchmarks
- Providing clear, accurate and timely quotation for repair or replacement
- Managing invoices to ensure pricing and detail are clear
- Effectively liaise with other departments internally to develop repair options
- Ensure all warranty repairs are completed within company guidelines

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this challenging front line position, you will ideally have a mechanical trade background and be looking to take the next step in your career.

**To be considered for this position you will ideally possess the following**:

- Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills
- The drive and passion to deliver first class customer service
- Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask within a dynamic environment
- Must have strong time management skills
- Have a proactive and helpful approach to tasks
- Possess a strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures

**Desirable requirements**:

- Qualified Diesel Mechanic (or an automotive trade background)
- Familiarity with the servicing requirements of earth moving machinery
- Operational experience within the earthmoving industry
- Knowledge of Caterpillar machinery and associated systems
