**Your New Role**:
In this leadership role, you’ll uphold a strong customer service and best practice culture, so imperative to your success will be your ability to influence club staff to build positive and collaborative relationships whilst championing a customer first mindset.
Inherent in the role is the commitment to safety and fostering strong teamwork including the PCYC values. To be considered for this role you will be an experienced manager with experience in commercial/business and contract management. Your passion for gymnastics, gym and fitness or similar is also a key to success.

**About you**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication and coordination skills
- Sound problem solving skills and the ability to implement and manage change in a clear, logical manger
- Evidence of being able to manage a multi-disciplinary team and provide strong leadership
- Previous experience working in the Not-For-Profit Sector is desirable
- Qualifications in gym and fitness are desirable

Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. **It is a mandatory requirement for all PCYC employees to have received the prescribed number of doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.** All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
