We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inventory 3PL Coordinator to join our team. As an Inventory 3PL Coordinator, you will oversee transport planning, 3PL order fulfillment, and stock management. Leadership skills are also essential for this dynamic role.

The role may include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

- Transport route planning as required
- Ensuring all 3PL orders are picked, packed & labeled correctly
- Preparing orders for dispatch in a timely manner
- Addressing stock issues appropriately
- Ensuring all 3PL consumables are in stock and ordered based on requirements
- Delivery driving if required
- Team leading and supervision of warehouse team members as needed
- Customer service
- Receiving stock per purchase order
- Inspecting stock for any damages and discrepancies
- Managing and maintaining appropriate records
- Organizing and coordinating transfers
- Loading & unloading stock from vehicles
- Opening/closing the warehouse
- Forklift license
- Truck license bonus (MR)
