Our client offers a broad range of superior quality products while delivering exceptional service to ensure that each customer finds their ideal matting solution.

This receptionist / administration role involves providing assistance to the external sales team in the administration of generating quotes and administration tasks. The role is based in **Emu Plains.** The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, in a permanent capacity.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABLITIES**
- Reception duties
- Answering phones
- Generating quotes
- Administration duties
- Exceptional customer service

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using **Netsuite **(preferred but not essential)
- Ability to answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
