**About the role**:
NHP’s Customer Service team are at the forefront of our business and provide first class support to our customers, both internally and externally. This role is integral in helping us build relationships with customers. Please note - this is not a call centre role.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support & customer service to NHP customer base of commercial clients
- Processing inbound inquiries - orders, returns, queries, services & general items
- Support & collaborate with the broader NHP business - liaise with a variety of people & departments
- Follow up to completion stage for all customer enquiries
- Maintain records & documents relating to customer activity
**What we are looking for**:
- Technical aptitude (for example - Do you have a passion & interest in ‘tech stuff’? Do you enjoy tinkering with tech equipment & gadgets? Are you a ‘go to person’ when someone needs tech support?)
- A willingness to learn and develop with the business - opportunities to move into Sales, Product Marketing, Projects & Services, Commercial & Application Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain, IT etc.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic & self-motivated individuals
- Excellent communication skills
- Engineering or related degree (preferable). Regardless, you will be guided by a strong leadership team & provided with all the tools you need to deliver impeccable support to our customers.
