**How you will shine**:
We are hiring a Planner to create and maintain project and proposal schedules (Contract and Offshore schedules).
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Development of the initial project schedule(s) as well as tracking and updating progress achieved, monitoring and updating the project forecast.
- Assisting the Project Manager by being aware of potential optimizations and problems so they can be either taken advantage of or avoided.
- Preparation of tender and proposal schedules for both the base case and various options and working with the Estimating Team to ensure that these schedules are fully and correctly resourced.
- Assisting the Tendering Manager and Estimators by identifying and highlighting potential optimizations or problems so they can be taken advantage of or avoided.
- Using planning software, create a contract control schedule (CCS) from the Project Scope of Work. Allocate dates, durations, constraints, logical links. Maintain and update schedule.
- Create and maintain additional detail schedules as required to support the CCS.
- Update project schedule activity durations as required to update project forecast.
- Update project schedule as required to reflect changes in work scope and proposed work methodology.
- Undertake progress measurement. Follow the TPFMC methodology. Report progress regularly using Power BI TechnipFMC template.
- Provide input to possible alternative work methodologies and changes to the schedule.
- Maintain awareness of, and compliance with, the Management System procedures which directly affect the work undertaken.
**The skills you will bring**:
- Engineering Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification, recognised project planning/scheduling qualifications preferred.
- Sound understanding of project planning and scheduling protocols and procedures.
- Proficiency in Primavera Project Planner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Knowledge on SURF offshore logics.
- Exposure to oil and gas industry, particularly a Subsea project environment preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, within a team as well as individually.
