**Your new company**
Very large, growth facilities management business in Melbourne looking for a dynamic finance business partner.

**Your new role**
Reporting into the GM of Finance this is a pivotal commercial role for the business. The key focus areas are
- Manage 1 direct report Senior Finance Analyst
- Working in a contract driven environment so ensuring contract KPIs are being met
- Very high level stakeholder engagement with multiple internal stakeholders - site based and head office
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Profitability and margin analysis
- Job costing
- Perform financial month end close functions in the required timeframe and review profit results for each business unit for accuracy and consistency

**What you'll need to succeed**
- CPA/CA qualified
- 2 to 3 years experience commercial management or finance business partner experience
- Large company background
- Job costing or contracts management exposure desirable
- High level stakeholder engagement experience and excellent communication skills
- Ability to fit in a busy fast paced work environment with a relaxed, friendly and team orientated culture
- Exposure to SAP or TM1 would be an advantage but not essential
