Due to an internal promotion, a unique and rewarding Full Time, 12 month fixed term opportunity has become available for a dynamic duo with complementing skills to assist with the management of our stunning NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort. NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort is set on a spectacular beachfront location at Umina Beach on the NSW Central Coast.

NRMA Parks and Resorts are an industry leader in the dynamic Holiday Park sector, offering a wide range of services and currently either owning or managing 49 parks in iconic tourism locations around Australia. We are a wholly-owned entity of the NRMA, Australia's largest member-owned organisation with over 100 years of operations in motoring and tourism services. **The Role**:
Successful Park Management/Operations Teams have complementing skills to ensure they can effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a holiday park and resort environments, and who can drive business efficiency by managing costs and overheads and building on the customer service experience of our guests.

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Park Management/Operations Team to join our Parks and Resorts Family in two roles;
The first role available is that of Assistant Manager and our successful applicant will have the skills to lead and guide a housekeeping, maintenance and front office department, in collaboration with the highly competent existing Park Manager.

The successful applicant for the second role will have complimentary skills in Park Operations in areas such as Grounds and Maintenance, Front Office Operations, Housekeeping or Amenities.

Living onsite is a requirement of this role and a residence is available at subsidised rent as part of the management agreement.

Both roles will report to and assist the Park Manager to manage an efficient and reliable park operation through the provision of a consistently high standard of accommodation products and services and a wide range of interpretative activities in an ambiance of efficient yet friendly Australian hospitality.

The hours required will be 5 days each week, including weekends and after on call hours approximately 4 days each week.

**How Do You Measure Up?**

Our ideal couple will have relevant and extensive hotel/resort/park management experience where initiative, organisational and advance planning skills are essential.

You will both demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and the passion to work as part of an operational team who are hands on, confident and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest relations. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
