Smokemart & GiftBox sells cigars, tobacco, giftware, novelty items, and vape products We have been operating in Australia for over 30 years and are the leading tobacconist and giftware retailer in the country. In case you haven't heard of us yet, we have about 200 stores in the country and counting

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for passionate, vibrant and personable professional to support our Store Manager and lead a team of Sales Assistants to create a positive environment that breeds success.

**_ Assistant Store Manager:_**

Forming part of the management team, the successful applicant will require the confidence and experience to lead by example and strive to obtain targets that are set. You will be fully responsible for upholding store standards and achieving sales targets.

With an important focus on store standards, merchandising and sales, there will be a strong requirement for the successful applicant to ensure the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to, whilst embracing our values by having FUN

**_ Key Responsibilities Include:_**
- Energetic Customer Service Champion with a proven sales growth mindset
- Second in charge responsible for assisting and relieving the store manager
- Ensuring the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to
- Achieving Store Sales Targets and maintaining stock integrity
- Cash Control Experience
- Stock Control Management
- Vape product knowledge is desirable but not essential

- A passion for leading and coaching others
- Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment
- A happy, friendly and energetic personality
- A desire to deliver high quality customer service
- Visual Merchandising flair

**A valid Police Check Report is required and to be presented during interview process**
