Montefiore is seeking a permanent full-time maintenance/handyperson to become an integral part of their cohesive maintenance team in Hunters Hill.

Some of the key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Provide transport services and maintenance of building, equipment and furnishings in accordance with legislative requirements
- Providing maintenance services including
- basic carpentry repairs
- replacing fluorescent light tubes and globes
- replacing tap and cistern washers
- clearing drains
- furniture removal
- function set ups
- responsible for pool water testing
- cleaning of BBQs and Terraces
- assist with gardening services
- Emergency Coordinator duties
- Carrying out ad hoc duties

**Essential Criteria**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of tools, processes and skills used in the repair of residential properties
- Demonstrated ability to repair and maintain a variety of equipment and hardware
- Demonstrated ability to manage and complete jobs in a set period with limited supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage own time
- Current NSW Driver's License
