Spanos IGA, is an owner of multiple IGA stores across southern QLD. We believe in offering only the highest quality of products to our customers, with every store featuring a wide array of fresh produce and foods suitable for a full range of dietary needs and tastes.
**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Previous management experience.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Setting the standard where “every local is loved”.
- Assisting with ensuring that staff deliver high quality services to all customers in all areas of the department.
- Working collectively with the store manager to assist to grow & improve the department.
- Reviewing customer feedback and action improvement opportunities.
- Identifying current and future customer needs by establishing excellent rapport with existing and potential customers.
