Infrastructure, Building & NPI Projects - Perth Based with some Site Trips - Pre-Contracts & Delivery **Company** As market-leaders in complex project delivery for the Infrastructure, Renewables, Building and Resources sectors, this leading construction group continue to successfully deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary construction and engineering solutions for clients across Australasia. The Planner is an integral role to the business and will work closely with the Operations Team. **Responsibilities** As a Planner you will be responsible for providing planning support and advice to the Operations and Project teams including providing the project teams with assistance to complete works in accordance with the contract documentation and company standards and procedures. Responsibilities include; - Assisting the project teams to complete works in accordance with the contract documentation and company standards and Procedures. - Producing preliminary tenders project programs in accordance with the procedures and tender documentation. - Assisting the project team in compiling contractual claims as required. - Effective short and long-term planning whilst facilitating the ongoing maintaining, coordinating and monitoring of the design, procurement and construction. - Demonstrated ability in facilitating the project targets and producing mitigation plans as required. - Assist in the provision of key planning and program status with regards to progress, time, cost and contractual issues. - Throughout the construction phase review, assess the project program and mark changes as required. - Working with the project leadership team to identify the format, level of frequency of reporting and recording of systems for planning and programming on the project. **Background** - A tertiary degree in Engineering - A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar position. - A minimum of 5 years in the building / civil construction and resources industries. - Demonstrated competency in managing various Planning functions including the provision routine reports and correspondence, defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions, - Proven capabilities in problems solving and researching innovative ways to reduce costs. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Primavera 6. - Ideally experience with 4D Planning **Apply** Please call **_Leigh Rowbottom_** from **_Talent Associates _**on **_1300 363 445 _**for more information or click " **#SCR-Leigh-rowbottom
