Bensons Trading Company is one of Australia’s leading retailer, wholesaler and distributor of Showbags and Kids Toys. We are widely known and loved for innovative fun, on-trend Showbags and novelty items as well as our partnership with MGAE Australia. We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team in a permanent role.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:
Creating and executing the monthly Social Media strategy in line with our brand aesthetic for all social media channels including - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube & Pinterest.

Create strategic social media campaigns to engage followers and create conversation, including reaching out to Instagram influencers and bloggers for collaborations.

Ad monitoring, Campaign set up, Boosting posts, and managing paid social media campaigns.

Creating self-produced in house content for all social media channels with the primary objective being videos (TikTok and Reels).

Work alongside other members of the marketing team to create a strategic content plan.

Influencer management including building and maintaining solid relationships with talent and their agents, negotiating contracts, and ensuring deliverables are met.

Providing well thought out ideas with detailed insights and findings for new campaigns.

EDM Campaigns & calendars for Wholesale and Retail side of the business, liaise with Designers for requirements and call outs of EDM, these are done through Mailchimp and Klaviyo.

**Ideally, you will have**:
Proven digital marketing, social media, and content strategy experience.

An understanding of strategic amplification strategies that create awareness and drive sales.

Strong Enthusiasm for creating images, videos, and posts. Photography & writing skills is a plus.

Must be active on social media yourself and possess a strong working knowledge of social media platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Great interpersonal communication skills and well presented.

Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (This is a must; we will ask for demonstrations of your skill).

Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively as part of a close-knit team.

Effective time management and organization skills to complete your assigned tasks, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Familiarity with Australian social media landscape including bloggers & influencers.

This role will be based in our office in Derrimut, from Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
