We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, preferably with an electrical trade qualification, to lead a team of tradespeople in performing maintenance on plant and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency, reliability, and safety of the site. The role plays a critical part in maintaining plant performance and supporting a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of the Preventative Maintenance Programme, ensuring reliability and compliance.- Ensure that all work is performed safely, competently, and in line with relevant standards and regulations.- Provide technical leadership to the maintenance team, setting expectations, ensuring accountability and maximising plant efficiency.- Collaborate with production and quality teams to deliver efficient service and minimise downtime.- Maintain accurate, compliant GMP documentation and equipment records in alignment with SOPs.- Drive plant improvements by managing equipment modifications that enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.- Take a lead role in identifying and resolving hazards; develop engineering-based safety solutions.- Promote a strong safety culture, track key safety KPIs, and support site-wide initiatives.

You will possess the following:
- A trade qualification- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum 4 years)- Previous experience leading a team- Electrical licence (preferred)- Forklift licence (preferred)
