About the Role: We're seeking a strong, proactive Maintenance Manager to lead change and drive continuous improvement across a large, high-volume manufacturing operation. With a new leadership team in place and a growing pipeline of business, this is an exciting time to join and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 7 direct Supervisor reports across the maintenance department.
  • Ensure plant reliability and uptime through effective planning and response strategies.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and performance on the production floor.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across maintenance systems and workflows.
  • Manage high-pressure situations with confidence and professionalism.

About You:

  • Proven leadership experience in a large-scale food or FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical background – ideally trade qualified or with engineering credentials.
  • Able to lead teams through change and motivate others to perform at their best.
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities and solving complex maintenance challenges.
  • Open to candidates from a variety of food or manufacturing sectors – leadership and technical capability are key.
