Qualified Room Leader

**Status: Permanent Full Time**:

- **Salary range: $77,000-85,000 (inclusive of all allowances/loadings), plus super**:

- **Qualifications: Diploma in early childhood/ACECQA approved equivalent**:

- **Location: 17 Craigie Crescent Manning, WA 6152**

**What will you do?**
- Be responsible for developing a high-quality educational program for children aged 1-5 years in consultation with the parents and educators, driven by their interests, in order to meet their individual developmental needs
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with children, families and the local community and partner with them, encouraging their involvement in the program through effective communication
- Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will lead and guide a team of educators in implementing quality play-based learning experiences for children, documenting and extending on children's learning
- Contribute to a child safe environment ensuring standards are met on a daily basis

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Completed Diploma
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and documenting children's learning
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Flexible with shift times
- Understanding of the EYLF and NQS
