Now we're searching for a Lead Dermal Therapist who's ready to take ownership of the treatment room, deliver consistent results, and grow into a Clinic Principal role within 6–12 months.

What You'll Do

• Deliver results-driven skin treatments (IPL, RF, LED, peels, facials, microneedling and more)
• Demonstrated IPL experience is essential for this role
• Run confident consultations and prescribe simple 3-month skin plans — no jargon, no confusion
• Build strong client relationships and drive rebooking, retail, and results
• Keep the clinic humming — calm, clean, and client-ready every day
• Use our digital tools (CRM, Google Drive, KPI dashboards) to track and lift performance

Who You Are

• Diploma-qualified Beauty or Dermal Therapist (minimum)
• Dermal Therapy diploma qualification required
• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor of Dermal Therapy highly regarded
• Confident running consultations and recommending complete solutions that serve the client
• Tech-savvy — comfortable with booking systems, dashboards, and digital tools
• Calm, professional, organised, and growth-minded
• Independent and accountable, yet collaborative and team-focused
• Bonus: happy to appear in short behind-the-scenes videos or social content
