Anderson Neurological and Developmental Services is seeking a Receptionist to join our Manning team.

**About Anderson Neurological and Developmental Services**:
Anderson has been in operational for twelve years, providing Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Dietetics and Support Coordination. These disciplines are also well supported by Therapy Assistants.
As our name suggests, we specialise in providing quality therapy to clients with neurological and developmental conditions. Being a multidisciplinary team allows us to have a holistic approach to therapy, ensuring that clients and their families are supported in achieving their personalised goals. We see clients throughout the lifespan, from newborns through to the elderly.

**About the Role**:
You will be stationed at our front reception desk, warmly welcoming clients to the clinic. Your daily duties will include:
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the clinic and checking them in for their appointment as required.
- Answering the phones in a professional and timely manner, liaising with other staff as required.
- Generating and sending invoices daily.
- Processing in-clinic payments.
- Reviewing therapist calendars to ensure the timely arrival of appointments (following up with Team Leaders and administration team as required).
- Monitoring the car and room booking systems for staff, identifying and resolving schedule issues ahead of time.
- Scanning and filing of sensitive documentation as required.
- Assisting in the upkeep and presentation of the reception area and common areas.
- General administrative tasks assigned by the Area Manager and Administration Manager as required.

- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate a passion for maximising clients’ independence and self-expression by working to understand their individual needs.
- Actively acknowledging the importance of team culture.
**Documentation Required at Point of Employment**:
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate (in accordance with current Government mandates).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
