The nib Newcastle Knights are currently seeking a casual Membership and Ticketing Assistant to support the smooth day to day running of all membership and ticketing operations. Responsibilities will include:
- Membership enquiries, processing and fulfilment- Seat allocation / changes- Ticketing support- Processing Membership payments-
- Customer service- Inbound sales and service- General administrative duties

This position will be a casual position that will require availability for a few hours each week during the season and the opportunity to increase hours towards the end of the year for membership renewals. Evening and weekend game day availability is also required during the NRL season.

**About you**
This opportunity will suit a self-driven individual with background in customer service, administration, or sales. You will be a confident communicator who can manage competing interests while remaining calm and in control. High-level organizational, customer service, and administrative skills are a must, as well as a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. Previous sales experience in in converting leads into ongoing business will see you thrive in this position
