**The opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Management and Visualisation Lead to join the AUSPAC Transformation & Portfolio team in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio performance, you will own the end-to-end development of data-driven insights that will support efficient and effective governance of the AUSPAC Change Projects Portfolio using various tools, models and systems.

**Your new role**

As the Data Management and Visualisation Lead your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and implementing improvements to operational systems, processes and policies to enhance data driven and efficient governance of the AUSPAC Change Projects Portfolio.
- Support the development of reports and presentations that show case insights in a manner digestible to senior stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to drive automation and efficiency in Transformation Project Management Office activities.
- Resolve escalated complaints and respond to critical issues appropriately
- Extracting, structuring, cleansing and organising data, and the designing and building of dashboards.

**About you**

To be successful in the Data Management and Visualisation Lead role, you will ideally come from a similar sized corporate organisation and will have worked on large scale transformation projects. You will have experience in a similar Data Visualisation or Reporting Manager role preferable from Insurance, Banking or Financial Services. You will also have:

- Advanced Data skills - experience pulling data from various systems and consolidating it
- A working knowledge of MS Projects or other project management tools
- Project of transformation background preferred (PMO)
- Proven knowledge of Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau, or similar and SQL and SAS database experience
- Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques in Python or R, including regression, ONA, NLP, neural networks, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills with strong skills in spreadsheets, data analysis and reporting
