**Associate Digital Designer**

Blis is looking for an extremely diligent, enthusiastic and hard working team player to join us as **Associate Digital Designer** based in our Sydney office. Reporting to the Head of Client Service and working closely with the Senior Digital Designer, this role is critical to the ANZ Creative team, helping to design and build innovative and market leading advertising across mobile, tablet and desktop devices and supporting an array of creative projects.

**Key responsibilities**
- Liaise with client services and sales team to deliver campaign creatives based on client and agency requirements
- Deliver consistently high quality digital creative assets
- Assist with creative ideation for clients as needed
- Assist with presentation design, editing and formatting as needed
- Manage brand consistency across Blis marketing collateral
- Collaborate, communicate and influence clients to ensure their briefs and amendments are interpreted and executed accurately.
- Proactively deliver excellent customer service and maintain the highest quality of design output across the digital landscape
- Ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards
- Accurate archiving of all data and back-up of all files and assist in the preparation of the case study
- Contribute to internal training across sales, Ops, Product and Marketing as required

**Skills and requirements**
- Previous design experience a must, particularly with the use of Adobe software including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and knowledge of creating gifs
- Strong layout, digital design, colour and typography skills
- Good project/time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail even when under pressure
- Formal qualification in Graphic Design or otherwise relevant discipline
- Highly organised and able to assist with determining project scope
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense
- PowerPoint/Google slides skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to work within a design team and the larger ANZ sales team
- Ability to work across big name and prestigious brands such as Samsung, McDonalds, Fonterra, and Amazon.
