**Digital Designer**

As a Digital Designer in the Global Creative Team, you will be responsible for delivering best in class experiences and designs across Aon key digital assets. With the launch of our flagship site, the role will be and focused on creating digital experiences that support the growth of Aon digitally while also supporting the Global Creative Team deliverables within our marketing and communications function.

You will be enthusiastic to join Aon’s global design team where we give guidance and direction on all brand activities, communications, and touchpoints.

**What the day will look like**
- Log in remotely or in the office, and connect with the regional team
- Meet with Design Leads, Associate Creative Director and Account Manager to plan out your day
- Analysing UX research and synthesising findings into valuable, actionable insights
- Running tests to validate designs (e.g. A/B tests, tree testing and usability tests, to name just a few)
- Developing and maintaining the digital standards to establish guidance, which should be adhered to across all digital touchpoints
- Deliver a creative concept for a regional in-person event in Singapore

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

This position will suit someone with the following experience:

- Experience in a digital design role (agency experience highly regarded), with the ability to move between UX focused tasks and campaign design projects
- A desire to work collaboratively with Global Creative Team, marketing and agency partners to create engaging content.
- Demonstrated ability to create strong visual designs, that tell and grow the Aon Story.
- Experience/appreciation of UX, interaction, animation and motion design, and how this can be applied to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ability to operate quickly and calmly within a large, complex, dynamic environment, while setting and maintaining key priorities.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially XD.
