Conversion and UX Strategist

As a Digital Conversion & UX Strategist (DCS), your main focus will be to achieve your clients’ website performance goals by **supporting the research phase through inputting your strategic input, developing the Optimisation Strategy and executing the CRO program**- anything from a 3 to 36 month process - all whilst **building strong client relationships**.

Your work will span across account management, UX and strategy development, workshops and, understanding insights from data and project management - if you've got experience in any of these areas, this role might be perfect for you.

**Leadership of the Research Phase**will include facilitating the Pre-Discovery meeting with the internal team, the kickoff Discovery Session with the client, reviewing tactic reports, providing strategic guidance and feedback, facilitating discussions in presentation meetings, interpreting findings, and ensuring all outputs align with project goals and objectives.

**Development of the Optimisation Strategy**will be performed by translating insights identified in the Research phase into testing opportunities, building testing plans and roadmaps, as well as delivering quarterly strategies and monthly reviews to keep the CRO program aligned with the client's business objectives.

**Execution of the CRO Program** will involve overseeing the entire lifecycle of client projects from planning to closure, preparing key documents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing internal deliverables, and securing client approvals while achieving timely, on-budget delivery.

**Building Client Relationships** will be achieved through account management in line with Conversion Kings’ processes and core values: being memorable, demonstrating a high level of integrity, finding a solution to every problem, and delivering transparent results.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
