Right now, we're scouting for a seriously talented Motion Graphics Artist to join our vibrant team and take the next step in their career in the video content realm. Think ideating, collaborating, creating, and executing - all with the goal of birthing high-performing video content that our audience can't help but love across all platforms.

**Got what it takes?**
**On the technical side, we're after**:

- Design high-quality 2D and 3D assets and animation in line with creative briefs.
- Collaboration with our production team to ensure smooth end-to-end workflows and optimised project outcomes, including configuring and managing render farms.
- Keep up-to-date with current and emerging technology and techniques; identify and report improvements or new procedures to enhance creative output and/or workflow efficiency.
- From time to time and as directed, assist other team members and/or help train and mentor new staff.
- Creative, resourceful, organised and pro-active; strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete work to tight deadlines.
- Produce work of the highest artistic quality in accordance with the creative lead’s directives and client brief.
- Ensure the smooth planning, implementation and upkeep of the creative studio pipeline, leading to successful and timely content delivery.
- Strive to continually improve our technical workflows and rendering capabilities.
- Engage in and promote a strong, collaborative team environment.

**The nitty-gritty**:

- Demonstrated experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and creating advanced motion graphics, including complex 3D modelling/UV texturing.
- Solid understanding of all facets of media production techniques and pipeline management, including large-scale rendering techniques and optimisation, delivery and output formats, etc.
