**About the Role**
As an Editor, your role is to work with creative teams and producers to create world class film content. You will be a creative problem solver, storyteller and passionate about film craft.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Interpret client and creative briefs to create video content
- Within the Adobe suite; offline, online, grade, sound mix
- File conversion, restriping, and mastering
- Providing design and editorial solutions
- Working with internal and external Directors to facilitate their vision
- Build relationships with producers, business management, creatives and clients and aid in their understanding of the post production process
- Ensure effective use of time; manage workload to meet deadlines
- 'Proofing' your own work prior to presentation to the creative team and client
- Working with creatives to develop new business and awards hype reels / case studies
- Maintain already set filing and archiving processes including labelling files accurately and wrangling data without loss
- Weekly accurate completion of time sheets

**Required Experience/Skills/Capabilities**
- Proven work experience as an Editor and Motion Graphics Artist
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Microsoft Office 365
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator a must with Audition and Da Vinci Resolve as a bonus
- Understanding of the colour grading, sound design and mixing process
- Strong storytelling abilities and passion for crafting content that connects with audiences
- Exposure to working in an agency or post production house is an advantage
- Self-starter with ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
