JIVARO Recruitment are currently working with a Australian Fashion house, who carry multiple brands under their name, in search for a Planning Assistant to join a Womenswear Apparel brand

In this role, you will report into the Assistant Planning Manager, and provide high level administration support for the Planning team, be responsible and involved in reporting and analysis, and working with the wider Planning and Inventory teams.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- RMS Promotions Management
- Range Planner Setup / Range Sign off reporting
- Actualising line projections and participating in forward forecasts with Planner
- Undertake general team administration
- Maintain and produce a standard reporting suite
- Undertake key in-season and post-season analysis
- size, colour, attribute, store, supplier, option, promotions

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Previous experience in stock allocation and or stock administration role would be advantageous
- Ability to think laterally and have a proactive approach
- Build relationships with team members from various departments
- 2 years working in an administration, allocating or planning role
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel & Word
